Natixis Partners Iberia advised Ferroglobe in the sale of Hidro Nitro Española (HNE), operator of five hydroelectric plants in Huesca, Bankinter and Plenium Partners renewable energy fund Helia II.
Ferroglobe group’s history dates back to 1992, with the acquisition of Ferroalloys Division of Carburos Metálicos Group (FerroAtlantica) and the subsequent acquisition of Globe Metallurgical in 2006.
