Natixis Partners Iberia acted as exclusive M&A advisor to Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund (MEIF) on the sale of a photovoltaic plant to funds advised by Plenium Partners.
The PV plant, located in Lucainena de las Torres (Almeria), was commissioned in September 2008 and has a peak capacity of 7.65MW.
