Natixis Partners Iberia advised Marina Vela on the process by which Incus Capital Iberia Credit Fund provided financing for the construction works of a yatch marina in the port of Barcelona.
Marina Vela is a 30-year concession granted to Port Med Barcelona, S.A. by the Barcelona Port Authority. Construction was initiated in September 2015, and upon completion, Marina Vela will offer 126 berths of up to 50 meters in length with direct access to open sea waters, along with the first robotic dry marina in Spain, with capacity for over 219 boats.
