Natixis Partners Iberia advised the private equity firm Vista Capital which, in consortium with the private equity firm Apax Partners, acquired 100% of Itevelesa. The transaction was partially financed by a syndicated loan underwritten by Royal Bank of Scotland, Calyon, HBOS, ING and Caja Madrid.
Itevelesa is one of Spain’s leading companies in the technical inspection of vehicles, inspection of second-hand vehicles, industrial testing and certification and labour risks analysis.
