Natixis Partners Iberia has acted as sole financial advisor on SIA’s sale to Indra. Founded in 1989, SIA is a leading Iberian cybersecurity solutions provider specializing in Identity Access Management, Electronic Signature, Identity Risk Management, Infrastructure Security, Threat & Vulnerability Management and Data Protection Management. In some of these areas SIA has developed its own technology/software.
SIA’s will be Indra’s cybersecurity platform that will integrate Indra’s actual cybersecurity business creating a €100m revenue business, and over 1,000 professionals.
