Natixis Partners Iberia acted as lead M&A advisor to the private equity firm Cinven on the acquisition of Gas Natural Fenosa Telecom (GNFT) from Gas Natural Fenosa.
GNFT is a neutral telecom operator providing fibre infrastructure and transmission services to telecom operators in Spain and Latin America leveraging the infrastructure of utility networks.
The transaction is in line with Cinven’s strategy to expand its portfolio in the TMT sector.
