Natixis Partners Iberia advised Bridgepoint and the management team on the acquisition of Dorna, international sports management and marketing business that promotes and has exclusive commercial and TV rights to the MotoGP Series.
The transaction was in line with Bridgepoint’s strategy to enter in the sports sector.
