Natixis Partners Iberia advised La Sirena, the leading Spain-based frozen food retailer specialist, on its sale to OpCapita.
La Sirena operates 237 stores and holds market leading positions in Catalonia and Madrid. It operates a small size store format with shops located in city centres and commercial districts.
Through the transaction, OpCapita stabilised the company’s capital structure and reinforced its balance sheet liquidity position.
