Natixis Partners Iberia advised the syndicate of banks on the refinancing of La Sirena, Spain-based leading frozen food retailer specialist.
He transaction allowed La Sirena to raise €6.5m of funding and reduce the debt repayment commitment in the next three years. Additionally, La Sirena reached an agreement with 3i to capitalize its PPL.
