Natixis Partners Iberia advised Grupo Damm on the acquisition of Eckes-Granini, the owner of the exclusive license for Granini’s products in Spain and Portugal, for €21m.
The purpose of the transaction is to strengthen the growth of Granini products in the Spanish fruit juice and nectar sector. With this joint venture, Grupo Damm gains access to a market with substantial synergies with existing beer and water businesses.
