Natixis Partners Iberia advised Aciturri Aeronáutica, a leading developer and manufacturer of aeronautical components, on the acquisition of a 54.2% stake in Aries Complex, the producer of complex parts for players in the aerospace industry, to Ibersuizas (32.8%) and Ainsa (21.4%).
With this transaction, Aciturri Aeronáutica positions itself as one of the leading players in the Spanish aeronautical sector and one of the main suppliers of AIRBUS.
Aries Complex’ strong reputation, as well as its quality and the experience of its management, coupled with Aciturri’s current positioning and the complementarity of its clients and programs, enabled the creation of a leading business project in the aeronautical sector.
