Natixis Partners Iberia advised the private equity firm 3i and the management team on the acquisition of the industrial and environmental services businesses of Grupo Daniel Alonso.
Grupo Daniel Alonso, founded in 1957 and based in Asturias (Spain), is a corporate group mainly engaged in steel processing and manufacturing of capital goods for the renewable energy, oil & gas, logistics, industrial and environmental sectors. Its industrial services business is mainly dedicated to providing industrial maintenance services, industrial cleaning and industrial assembly. Its environmental services business encompasses three main activities: management of environmental facilities and recycling plants, waste collection and management, and construction and maintenance of environmental facilities.
