Natixis Partners Iberia advised the private equity firms Dinamia Capital Privado , Corpfin Capital and Espiga Capital Inversión on the sale of Undesa to the Italian oleochemical company Snia for €24.5m.
Undesa is a leading player in the oleochemical sector, with a wide client base formed by renowned clients in the detergents, cosmetics, tyres, chemicals, plastic materials and pharmaceutical industries. The group, with revenues of €80m and EBITDA of €4m in 2006, is formed by Union Derivan S.A. in Spain and by Undesa Italia Srl. in Italy.
