Natixis Partners Iberia issued a fairness opinion to the Board of Directors of Grupo Inmocaral on the offer price received from Luis Portillo. Grupo Inmocaral is a quoted Spanish real estate company.
The company’s majority shareholders negotiated the sale of their stake to the real estate conglomerate controlled by Luis Portillo. The sale triggered a tender offer for 100% of Inmocaral.
