Natixis Partners Iberia advised Omega Capital on the acquisition of an 8% stake in Grupo Inmocaral, a quoted Spanish real estate company.
With this transaction, Omega Capital obtained a sizeable stake in a publicly quoted real estate company with an attractive portfolio of rental assets.
