Natixis Partners Iberia advised the private equity firm HgCapital on the acquisition of three photovoltaic plants for a total installed capacity of 35MW in Spain to AIG Financial Products, a subsidiary of American International Group.
This is HgCapital’s first investment in the photovoltaic sector and in Spain, where it expects to build a diversified asset portfolio.
