Natixis Partners Iberia advised CVC Capital Partners on the acquisition of Cortefiel for €1,400m in consortium with Permira and PAI Partners.
Cortefiel is the second largest specialized apparel retailer in Spain and operates 1,100 stores worldwide mainly under the Cortefiel, Springfield and Women’ Secret’s brand names. The transaction is the largest “public to private” of a Spanish company to date.
