Natixis Partners Iberia advised Bridgepoint on the acquisition of a 60% stake in Mediasat, a leading company in the marketing sector focused on the publishing field and with presence in 32 countries.
Founded in 1991, the Mediasat Group is one of the key operators and a pioneer in the development of products and campaigns on digital media such as CDs, CD-Roms, DVDs and editorial content.
The transaction will strengthen Grupo Mediasat’s position in its market as a leading industry player worldwide.
