Natixis Partners Iberia advised Famosa, leader in the Spanish company toy sector, on the incorporation of Sun Capital Partners as majority shareholder.
After completing a financial restructuring in 2009, Famosa initiated a sale process in order to incorporate a new investor which was completed in August 2010, with the approval of shareholders and lenders.
