The newly formed entity is 32% owned by Gamesa Corporaci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica and 68% owned by Grupo Daniel Alonso.<\/p>\n<p>Gamesa, a leading player in the renewable energy industry, had three tower production plants in Spain. Grupo Daniel Alonso, a family-owned company mainly engaged in steel processing and manufacturing of capital goods, had 1 tower production plant.
